How To Create Daytime Makeup Look
A perfect day look is meant to be mask minor flaws and extenuate the features. We all have some imperfections. No has a perfect skin or so-called perfect features.Â
   To hide or conceals these
blemishes, redness and little bit of discoloration we can use minimal products to achieve a day date makeup look.
We should try to keep daytime look as natural and simple as possible. Use a light/sheer coverage foundation, bb cream or a tinted moisturizer along with neutral or nude lipstick and pale subtle eyeshadow. Here the key is not overdo anything and keep everything minimal.
1. Facewash/ Cleanser:
   Before applying foundation or a bb cream it is very important to thoroughly prep the skin. First of all, use a mild facewash to clean your face as using a mild facewash will strip off the skin of its natural oils.Â
   After that use a moisturizer according to your skin type to moisturize the
face followed by a good sunscreen. As a hydrated skin glows from inside and
makeup looks seamless on it.
Ø Here is a very
important tip: don’t wash your face with hot water as it can disrupt the skin barrier
and cause dryness. Instead use lukewarm water.
2. Gentle Exfoliation:(Optional)
   To get rid of dead skin layer and gunk, exfoliation plays a
vital role. We should exfoliate our face with liquid exfoliants at least twice
a week not essentially every day. It will create a clearer canvas for applying products.
   For exfoliation first thorough clean the face then completely dries it using clean face towels apply the chemical exfoliant. try to avoid physical exfoliation (use of scrubs) and it highly irritates the skin and cause micro cuts which leads to wrinkle formation and pre-mature aging.Â

moisturizer as an eye cream. Don’t forget to apply lip balm to your lips.
4. Sheer Foundation/ BB cream:
   After prepping your skin use a suitable foundation. Always choose
foundation according your type of skin. Its best to choose a sheer foundation or a tinted moisturizer for day time makeup. Avoid using full coverage foundation as they make your face look heavy.Â
   Use water-based foundation for dry dehydrated skin and matte finish foundation for oily skin. Use a beauty blender to blend in the foundation as it will
give you a more natural look. Avoid using too much product.
5. Concealer Application:
   Choose shade of concealer depending upon your skin undertone and intensity of dark circles. apply concealer with the help of a brush and even out with beauty blender followed by a translucent or banana powder to prevent creasing.Â
   Concealer can also be used to even out acne marks and
blemishes.
 6. Translucent Powder:
   Using a wider powder brush apply face
powder. Tap off the excess product and tapping the brush and apply face powder on
your whole face in circular fashion to get a matte and natural look. Here the
main purpose of applying powder is to keep the look last long by fixing the
foundation.
You can
also go for illuminator accentuate the facial features and brighten the areas
of parts where applied. Likewise tanner can be used to create shadows and to
make face appear more defined.
7. Cream Blush:
Go for cream or liquid blush instead of using powder blushes as they will give your cheeks a natural flush. Lighter shades like pink would help restoring the natural youthfulness of the face. Choose shade according to your skin type.
Apply the
product on the cheekbones and temples in a steady circular motions.
8. Eyeshadow and Mascara Application:
   For a daytime event neutral eyeshadows are
the best choice Choose an eyeshadow in a neutral shade, suitable for a daytime
event. Depending on the color of the eyes, colors such as brown, gold, or gray
are some good choices. Try to stay away from smokey shimmery eyes and bright

   For daytime, eye makeup should be very
subtle that brightens and highlight the eyes. Black and dark colors don’t stand
out with day look.
Green eyes - shades of silver
,purple, purple, and occasionally  gold
are suitable for green eyes. Pink eyeshadow is ideal if you have blond hair,
while brick is indicated if you have red hair. Shades of purple are suitable
for green eyes and brown hair.
